Oral Health – the most neglected condition

More than 80% of people have some sort of dental problems worldwide, and most of them deny to get those problems treated. Our lifestyle has changed and so has our oral health. It is, therefore, necessary to figure out our habits, lifestyle to get our dental problems fixed as soon as possible.
About World Oral Health Day
World Oral Health Day is a global oral health campaign and a platform for the public, health communities and policymakers to help decrease the oral disease burden. It is celebrated globally every 20th of March.
FDI encourages all the members of the government, non-government, media, and different dental associations to support, organize funds and participate in the WOHD activities and campaigns to involve the maximum public to improve oral health.
About FDI
FDI is an international membership-based organization which serves as the main representative body for more than 1 million dentists globally. They are active in 200 national Dental Associations and specialist groups of around 130 countries.
As a health community, FDI aims to have campaigns, congresses, and projects to address oral diseases on a global platform and create awareness about the oral and overall health of the masses.
